SYNAPSEとは、芸術的な視点と感覚的な表現で概念を変えるアーティストグループです。その名前は、上記テーマを反映させたものであり、

という英文の頭文字から取られています。

また、SYNAPSEの名前には身体の組織であるシナプスの意味も含まれています。シナプスは、神経同士を接続する組織であり、脳からの信号を神経細胞を通じて身体の各部位に伝える役割を果たしています。
つまり、シナプスとは身体の組織において非常に重要な役割を果たしているのである。

また、身体の組織の中で「神」という名前が使われているのは神経細胞のみしかなく、シナプスとはその神経細胞を繋ぐ役割を担っている。
すなわち、シナプスのみが身体の組織で「神」という名前がつく組織を繋げるものということである。

SYNAPSEは、個性を持ったメンバー達が、RapperやDJなどのフロントマンだけでなく、カメラマンやデザイナー、オーガナイザーなどの裏方としても活躍しています。
様々な出自や年齢のメンバーたちを、SYNAPSEの屋号のもとに組織として繋ぐことが、我々の存在と裏テーマです。

SYNAPSE is an artist group that aims to transform concepts through artistic perspectives and sensory expressions. The name is an acronym derived from the initial letters of the following phrase:

Additionally, the name SYNAPSE also encompasses the meaning of synaptic connections in the body's tissues. Synapses are the structures responsible for connecting neurons, transmitting signals from the brain to various parts of the body through nerve cells. In essence, synapses play a vital role in the body's tissues.

Furthermore, within the body's tissues, the JAPANESE KANJI meaning"god" is used exclusively for neurons. Synapses serve to connect these neurons, suggesting that synapses are the structures that bridge the tissues in the body where the KANJI “god” is employed.

SYNAPSE consists of members with unique personalities who contribute not only as frontmen like rappers or DJs but also as behind-the-scenes figures such as photographers, designers, and organizers. Our underlying theme is to unite members from diverse backgrounds and ages under the banner of SYNAPSE as an organized entity.
